The Cannondale Scalpel Si Carbon SE 29" Mountain Bike is beefed-up, aggressive and better equipped for trail shredding than its XC-oriented siblings. An alternative swingarm means that the frame can accommodate extra suspension, with 115mm in the rear and 120mm in the Fox Float Performance fork, giving you the confidence to tackle rowdier terrain. The Asymmetric Integration remains, tucking the back wheel closer in thanks to shorter stays, delivering exceptional traction so that you can chuck it deeper into corners and keep the back end in line more easily. The head angle is slackened off as well so that stability at speed is enhanced giving you the confidence to push the limits a bit further.
